The DEMO hardware based on the nRF24E1 is developed to show the wireless handsfree concepts presented in the white paper ‘wireless hands-free using nRF24E1’ . The hardware is using a minimum number of external components, with a focus on low Bill of Material (BOM). Further optimization may be done by adding additional components and increase transfer rate, causing an increase of current consumed.   Figure 1 nRF24E1 wireless audio hardware The content of the DEMO kit is: · 2 DEMO boards, containing nRF24E1 and necessary external circuitry · 2 head sets The audio hardware enables the user to fit two (wired) telephone hands-free sets through a standard 2.5 mm audio jack and test audio quality and RF link performance. Optionally the set can also be connected to a phone, adapters from the 2.5 mm audio jack to any given phones hands-free connector is not included. 127( The hardware in this DEMO is not intended as a ready-made design. It is intended as an example and is hence not optimized in terms of physical size and possible functionality. The different parts of the DEMO can however easily be included in a final application with small changes
