    最近,确切的说是去年末,今年初,一直都很烦躁,究其原因就是我的毕业论文在去年7月份左右就完成了,8月复习,9月10月找工作,11月修改论文,按照这样的进度,我今年3月份就应该可以答辩了,可是可是可是: 老板限制;每年我们实验室答辩都要弄到5月份,将近最后一批,有种屎不到屁门不拉的感觉,最最讨厌这种拖来拖去,一直拖着的习惯,凡事不应该拖,速战速决,才能全身心的投入到其他的事情中; 学校有限制,答辩要凑够一定的人数;实验室完整弄完论文的,据我所知就我一个,其他有几个也写完了,但是格式和用词之类的都没有修改,严格意义上并没有完成,其他人呢,感觉一点都不着急,有种做天和尚撞天钟的感觉,很讨厌和这样的人在一块共事和学习,不知不觉就把你也变成那样的了; 要求发小论文;今年老板不仅要求专利还要求小论文,EI级别的,专利我有了,小论文再投。说到小论文,我就想吐槽一下,觉得实验室的人都好奇怪,小论文写好了都不发送给老板,因为害怕被骂被批评,所以就一直拖着,得过且过,就等着有人发送后才发,*打出头鸟,大家都好像深知这个道理。 越想越烦,发现人越成长越懂得规避和逃避一些麻烦,那种奋不顾身的冲劲完全没有了,根本找不到年轻人的那股劲,感觉现在的年轻人有20来岁的年龄,却有一颗苍老且狡猾的心,如果这种环境呆久了,自己是否也是如此。 碰到了天花板,很想捅破它,却发现只有一个再用力气,更多的是看你在捅。 如果环境限制你,你该如何去努力?我自问,却不自知。
