What is the appliaction difference of CC2430 ; CC2480 ; CC2520.....

The cc2480
needs an external MCU to run your application. It will run the stack on
it's own (So you can use a smaller MSP than you can with the cc2520).
The cc2430 enables you to run your own code along with the stack with
no external MCU, but you must share resources with the stack.
