原创 IS61SF12832 和IS61LF12832

前言：由于看了一张电路图，里面有IS61SF12832，网上找了资料，但是ISSI现在的网站上没有，看到有IS61LF12832这个片子，和前者差不多，所以就邮件问了ISSI 的技术支持，以下是Q&A.

difference?

Now IS61SF12832A have die and IS61LF12832A could instead of it . IS61LF12832A could use different voltage beteween VCC and VCCQ. Thanks so much!

Only "SF" need " VCC="3".3V, VCCQ="3".3V"

"LF" need "VCC=3.3V, VCCQ="2".5V/3.3V"

another question, in IS61LF12832A datasheet , the address input is A,not Ax(from 2 to 15) ,how can I connect to CPU address A2 to A16, or if I connect A to any other Ax of CPU? and DQa-DQd can connect any CPU Dx(from D0 to D32)?

You can optionally connect address A2 to A16 with CPU, But you must connect A1 to CPU A1, A2 to CPU A2; You could optionally connect DQ to CPU DQ, but you must assure consistency between DQ and DQP. Thanks !
