原创 茂达电子推出高灵敏度磁场感应开关

茂达电子(ANPEC Electronics Corporation)推出高灵敏度磁场感应开关IC-APX9132A,此IC可以同时存在感应N极与S极磁场,应用上不必特别区分磁场的极性,当磁铁靠近IC表面,输出讯号为低准位,磁铁远离则输出讯号回复为高准位,大量使用方便性高。
由于APX9132A可以工作在最低电压1.6V,且其平均工作电流仅约5~10微安培,特别适合应用于省电需求的手持式电子产品,如NB屏幕、掀盖式与滑盖式Mobile Phone电源开关等。
APX9132A使用SOT-23与TSOT-23包装,对于节省电路板空间设计有很大的帮助。



APX9132A : Hall Effect Micro Switch IC
The APX9132A, integrated circuit, is an ultra-sensitive, pole independent Hall-effect switch with a latched digital output. A 1.6 volt to 3.5 volt operation and an unique clocking scheme reduce the average operating power requirements, either a north or a south pole of sufficient flux will turn the output on; in the absence of a magnetic field, the output is off. The polarity independence and minimal power requirement allow this device to be easily replaced reed switch for superior for signal conditioning. Advanced CMOS processing is used to take advantage of low-voltage and low-power requirements, SOT-23 package provides an optimized package for most applications.
