防爆认证资料需求单(电气产品)

1.        A general description of the equipment

产品描述：功能、结构组成、使用场合及型号间差异分析等.

2.        Specifications

规格表，关键技术参数列表.

3.        Conceptual design and manufacturing drawings and schemes of components, sub-assemblies, circuits, etc.

产品设计图纸;机械结构图+电气原理图;(申请煤安证时提交的图纸,翻译为英文)

4.        Instruction manual including installation, maintenance, use instructions

操作手册，包括安装，维护，使用指导.

5.        Copy of marking plate drawing

产品铭牌.参考如下图样.

6.        Quality system certificate

ISO 9001品质管控证书.

7.        Material property data sheets if the protection relies on plastic parts (nitrile seals, cemented flamepaths, plastic windows)

橡胶及塑料材料材质表;(如外壳,玻璃等)

密封材料材质表及测试报告,如硅橡胶老化测试报告.(如果用到)

Note 备注：

1.      All the files should be prepared in English version.

所有材料提供英文版本.

2.      Additional requirements may be occurred due to specific using condition.

产品不同，技术文件会有所增减.

3.      Sample model will be selected with most complex structure, series certification.
