Features

Small outer diameter (18.5mm) is ideal for narrow coolant ports.
Long sleeve system facilitates connection/disconnection of socket with plug embedded in mold/die.
All socket hose stems have an outer diameter of 012.
Three type of plug threads are available: PT1/8",PT1/4", and PT3/8",Plugs are interchangeable with sockets.

Structure

When connected are connected

The plug and socket
engage securely, fully opening built-in valve automatically to assure maximum fluid flow.

Interchangeability

　　The socket and plug are interchangeable irrespective of the type of
　　connections.

Precaution

The minimum hole diameter of the embedded plug is set to the outer diameter of the socket. Before machining a hole, check the size of you clamping tool. A box driver conveniently serves as a clamping tool.
Hitting the coupler may reshlt in leakage (due to brass construction).
Do not forcibly rotate coupler when it is connected.
Connect a nipple for deeply embedded PF type plugs.
Use Vition packings when operating temperaturess may exceed 80℃
