Feature


  • Pipe chuck system for fixing outside of a pipe uniformly is used for safety.
  • A copper pipe is sealed by a packing for sealing the pipe and by a special X ring for sealing the periphery of pipe to provide an excellent seal and vacuum resistance.
  • At insertion, no pipe comes in contact with the outer seal (X ring) to prevent rubber deterioration.
  • A single lever operation allows a pipe to be chucked and sealed at the same time.
  • Easy maintenance. The packing, X ring and chuck can be replaced just with a screwdriver.

Operation and Structure

When connecting

Pull up clamp lever at least 90°and insert pipe until it meets the packing.
Push down clamp lever.
When chucked, the pipe is drawm in an additiona; 0.5mm and the end is sealed. (Using excessive force when inserting pipe may shorten the life of the packing seal.)

When disconnecting

Pull clamp lever up at least 90°.
Pipe disconnects easily.
Precaution


  • Pipe coupler sizes are according to outer diameter of pipe.
  • Consult us when using a pipe with thin walls.
  • Make sure pipe is free of burrs or deformation. Chamfer the pipe end.
  • Use vise to hold hexagonal part of socket adapter when connecting SP-V plug set.
  • Do not connect/disconnect while there is pressure in the line.
  • After using, disconnect pipe and leave clamp lever in up position for storage.
  • The packing, X-ring, and chuck eventually wear down and should be replaced after the coupler has been connected/disconnected approx. 5,000 times.
