1. What was the biggest achievement you have accomplished in university? Please describe how you did to get it done.
I successfully got the chance to work in GE Shanghai as an intern was the biggest achievement. More than hundreds and thousands of schoolmates sent the applications, but only 3 got, including me.
The success was not definitely the coincidence. During the past 6 years, I persisted in learning every day. Not only the knowledge about my major but also about management. Meanwhile, I undertook and organized activities every year, improving my leadership abilities, such as communication, coordination, speech abilities and so on.
Meanwhile, I took part in the English association, through which I got the chance to communicate with excellent people. My oral English as well as horizon are all improved.
I am always working on improving myself and never stop trying and finding new effective ways to make improvement. My attitudes towards life, study, work as well as people around are the key elements this achievement.
2. What was the biggest setback in your college life? How did it impact you? And how did you face this setback?
How to balance my life between the study and extra-curricular activities is the biggest setback. As a student, study always comes first. But I do believe that improving other abilities, such as communication, coordination is equally important. So I also took part in students’ union. During the past 6 years, I have organized more than 10 activities. But time is precious, I grasped every tiny little time to study and meanwhile I did very well in these activities.
I think balance our life with work is an eternal topic, as long as we figure out what we want and make the best use of time, we can definitely conquer the setback.
3. Please describe one of the most difficult and demanding tasks you have had in university. What did you do to overcome it?
Organized a successful and impressive activity with limited time and resource was one of the most difficult and demanding tasks I have done.
Once upon, I was told to organize an outdoor activity in 2 days. I took the task very happily since I thought it was a great challenge to me. I started collected new ideas from all the classmates. And since I only got 2 teammates I also ask other students to help realize the new idea. To make the whole idea keep pace with our theme, we made a lot of creative improvements. And then we discussed the details.I wrote the plan and thought about the money/resource/people arrangement until the mid-night at that day. The next day everything was well-prepared as we planed.
The key of overcoming the difficulties lies in that whenever I got with trouble I never setback, most of the time I will think about it carefully and then make best use of source around me, things always work out smoothly with these optimistic attitude.
4. Please describe the most successful case that you have inspired or motivated others to take actions and reach goal. How satisfied/dissatisfied were you with that, and why?
Many friends around me ask me how to speak fluent English. As I told, practice makes perfect. In order to improve their Oral English, I organized a team, every Friday night, I talk in English and I also inspired them to speak out and tell the right pronunciation. We also watch English films together. During the half of a year, I motivated them and took myself as a good example. I think inspiring is a good way of motivation.
Now, all of us can speak better than ever before. I feel extremely satisfied with this achievement, but I actually did it, everyone thought it was worthwhile and my work was highly appreciated, through which I had a great feeling of fulfillment by helping others

During so many companies providing internship related to my major, Schneider-Electric is outstanding in various kinds of aspects. First, advocating innovation is attractive while many other companies just follow the steps. Second, Schneider-Electric attaches great importance on the employee. Caring and respecting will enable us a feeling of being home. Third, I like communicating with different kinds of people. The employee of Schneider-Electric comes from the whole world; I believe I can reap a lot from them.
Meanwhile, my academic frame is high qualified for Schneider-Electric. I major is Logistics engineering both as the graduation and post graduation with little difference. As the post graduation, I learnt the knowledge about the Logistics Management, Supply Chain while in the college I got access to many engineering as well as mechanic classes.
It will be splendid if I can use what I have learnt in this field in this famous company.
2. What is your biggest achievement in school?
Except the academic knowledge, the abilities of cooperation, organization, and communication, I think my biggest achievement in school is recognizing the importance of teamwork spirit. When I was a freshman in the college, I was the League secretary. As an 18 year old girl who just transformed from the high school, I didn’t know how to arrange tasks to the teammates and even thought mistakenly that they did not want to undertake them. So I did all the stuff by myself. Day by day I felt very tired since I seldom asked them to help me. And now 4 years later, I have accumulated some experience in this aspect. I realized that you have to form an atmosphere of advocating teamwork spirit and everyone has the chance to express freely as well as inspire them to work creatively, and then you still have to appraise them appropriately. Until now I had held many activities without feeling tired because I know there is kind behavior called teamwork.
* 1. What is the main attraction of this program to you?
So many opportunities attract me in this competitive program, such as the chance to work here next year, getting access to the great culture , gaining experience through the job as well as the guider.

2. Pls describe your ideal job after graduation.
There are 3 agents, What I like、what I am good at and whether this company has a sound system and harmonious culture for the better development of the employees.
After carefully thinking, I’d like to stay in the sales and marketing Dep. I am good at communication and cooperation, interested in sales and marketing. Many people think sales in just selling products. To me, a post graduate who is professional in this field, SALES means more than that. I think there are a lot of things I can do in this area, and I can reap a lot and develop quickly. I hope I can be the best saleswoman one day.
* 3.How do you evaluate yourself in terms of strength and weakness?
I am good at communication and coordination、organization which enable me work smoothly in the team, and I make plans and make the best use of time to balance my life with study. Importantly, I am a person full of passion, desire for the improvement and change. Meanwhile, I am also enthusiastic to help people, but sometimes I don’t know how to reject friends’ request, so I have to sacrifice some of my rest. After reading 7 habits, I think life will get easier since I can manage well day by day.
I am responsible, whenever I do something, I am eager to do the best. So, I will make an early plan about what to do and how to do, think about what we have not done and what accident there will be, so that I can guarantee everything will go smoothly. The eager I want to do it better, more extra-energy I will spend on it which I should and I can take it easy. Now I have understood my behavior and have changed a lot, because I know how to make more reasonable plan and balance my life.
