最新更新：更多的SD卡验证表明，此方法只能解决不到30%的原来用步骤1不能正常制作的SD卡。有部分SD卡，PM3烧录器根本就不能识别。各位看官如有方法能解决此办法，请不吝赐教，本人将赠送正品KINGSTON 2G卡一张。联系QQ：253972298。2012-04-16. 起因：有部分使用MICROCHIP的量产烧录器PM3的用户，使用SD卡制作MPLAB PM3卡用于保存单片机的软件，可实现脱机烧录。近来，SD卡的容量变大且价格便宜，几乎已经买不到PM3所推荐的小容量SD卡了。但在使用大容量SD卡或不在推荐列表的SD卡时，经常会出现不能制作MPLAB PM3卡，表现为不能使用PM3烧录器格式化SD卡，或者提示制作PM3卡失败，或者制作出来的PM3卡不能加载环境。 原因：可能是由于此种烧录器的设计时没有足够考虑到后来出现的SD卡品牌及型号以及容量变得如此的大，导致使用大容量SD卡时，不能100%兼容性。现在市场上所能采购到的普通SD卡最大可到2G，高速卡SDHC容量为4G~32G。 解决：经过试验，可以使用SD卡读卡器来制作MPLAB PM3卡，可以解决这部分不兼容的SD卡。具体方法如下： 1，使用一张兼容性较好，最好是在推荐列表的型号的SD卡，按照正常操作制作出一张MPLAB PM3卡。 2，使用SD卡读卡器按“FAT16”格式化不兼容的SD卡。 3，用读卡器拷贝出正常制作的MPLAB PM3卡的内容，并将其复制到不兼容的SD卡中。 4，用读卡器制作的MPLAB PM3卡可以在烧录器正常使用。 效果：按照上述方法，多次验证，烧录器PM3可以正常使用SD卡加载其环境。经过验证的SD卡包括山寨的SANDISK 128M，正品KINGSTON 2G卡，正品KINGMAX MMC 1G卡。
