最近的一块板子，一个QFN封的器件，中央的焊盘设计成这样了。 原以为只要将中心的焊盘设置为multilay，中心不带孔。厂家制作的时候没有金属化。顶层与底层不通。这颗芯片供电不正常。 正确的做法应该是中心带孔。或者在焊盘上加一些过孔。才能保证做成各层之间金属化。
