A5313C(IM2inTwoToneandWCDMAModulationBlockinginDirectConversionof3GPP)3GPP直接转换接收器中双音及W-CDMA调制阻塞的有效IM2产物估算近年来随着第3代(3G)无线网络在日本(IMT2000)、欧洲(UMST)和美国(CDMA2000)的推广，在3G移动手机的商业开发中，对低成本、低功耗与小型化的用户设备(UE)的需求正在变得日益重要。通过硅处理工艺的正确使用、适当的电路设计技术和架构的实现，直接转换接收器架构已成为高集成度3G手机平台最有前途的一种系统方案。在本文中，我们介绍一种已商品化、全集成、零中频的3G射频接收器方案(图1)。文中详细讨论了对于接收器输入二阶截点(IIP2)的要求，因为它是直接转换接收器的一项关键指标。并特别给出了有关该主题的测量、仿真和计算。直接转换接收器结构如图1所示，直接转换或零中频接收器结构可以将信号直接解调为基带I和Q信号，是实现接收器完全片上集成的途径。在3GW-CDMAFDD(全双工)工作模式下，为了隔离Rx与Tx部分，只需要一个外部双工器。此外，由于有限的双工器Tx-Rx隔离会引起解调器输入端的带外阻塞与发送机泄露，因此在FDD射频中需要LAN后端RF滤波器对其进行抑制。在零中频接收器IC中，通道选择性是在基带用片上低通滤波器实现的。信道滤波后，可变增益放大器(VGA)将基带的I/Q信号放大，然后射频调制解调IC的模拟基带部分将信号数字化。关于直接转换接收器的设计要点已被详尽地研究[1,2]。在二阶失真效应小节中，我们将介绍并讨论在零中频接收器IC的下变频器中，产生二阶非线性产物的所有关键来源。在IIP2导出小节，我们会详细回顾对于二阶输入截点(IIP2)的推导。然……
