    DOp-AMP基本D类放大器设计与分析表面看来,复杂的D类放大器要想得到广泛的应用还需要解决一系列实际问题。本文作者为设计和实现分立元件的D类放大器提出了一些自己的看法,从理性和未来工程标准的角度,作者选择了一些器件并分析了仿真工具的缺点与局限性。[引言]功率放大器广泛地应用于多种现代设备当中。通常放大器能将低功率的输入信号转换放大为几瓦或更高功率的信号输出,理想情况下,输入信号波形应该没有任何改变地被复制放大。市场上共存着多种类型功率放大器,并按照晶体管的导通时间分类。A类放大器(ClassAAmplifier)A类放大器晶体管总是处于导通状态,也就是说没有信号输入时,晶体管也有输出功率,因此晶体管会变得很热,大部分功率都浪费在了产生热量上。尽管其效率很低(约20%),但精度非常高。图1.1:A类放大器B类放大器(ClassBAmplifier)B类放大器采用两只晶体管,每只晶体管工作半个周期,一只晶体管工作于输入信号的正半周,另一只晶体管则工作于输入信号的负半周。因此在理论上两只晶体管不会在同一时间内导通。在没有输入的情况下,两只晶体管均处于截止状态且无输出功率,故而其效率高于A类放大器。不过由于晶体管都需要一定的开通时间,因此在两只管子交替过程中输出端存在一个短暂的无输出功率状态。这个无功率区域称为交越区(crossoverregion),如图1.2所示,这就造成了相对较大的信号失真。所以B类放大器虽然具有很好的效率,但同时精度也不高。图1.2:B类放大器的交越区AB类放大器(ClassABAmplifier)AB类放大器与B类放大器非常相似,但由于AB类放大器增加了两个消除交越区的二极管,可使两只晶体管在同一时刻导通,因而其性能有所改善。AB类放大器的效率(约……
