On one hand, more people come to big cities to work including the people from other provinces and people from abroad. These will cause more demand in real estate and the price of the land will go up into a higher level. On the other hand, the Chinese government will not sit to see the situation that common people can not afford a place to live. They will constitute some regulations to restrict the price to a certain level.Finally,with the higher education,the wage of common people will go up ,also.

     In my opinion, the price of land will go up after the Olympic Games, still remain a high level, but not too high in the near future.
