A . Job Description
1. As an analog design manager, lead the analog design team, train the team members, build up the team design capability.
2. As a project manager, lead the team to develop, verify and debug kinds of power IC. Allocate resource, make the execution plan, track the schedule and finally, be responsible for the project successful.
3. Optimize and supervise the design flow to guarantee design quality.
4. Lead the analog design, IC layout and PCB design.
5. Advise on the test development and chip characterization.

B. Requirements
1. With minimum 8 years of hands on experience on Analog or Mixed-Signal IC Designs.
2. Experienced in the management of design team.
3. Successful experience in PMIC, including DC-DC,LDO,AC-DC,LED driver,charge pump,charger.
4. Strong understanding of CMOS process, High-V process and BCD process.
5. Familiar with the power device, can help engineers and customers design PCB.
