原创 Recommend ESD can be used in Auto meter and Auto parts

Recently there are lots of auto meter customers found protect devices, and add protect device to auto circuit. 

Leiditech has protect device such as: TVS, ESD, GDT, pls see below:

We can find CAN BUS interface, RS-485 communication interface, power interface, I/O interface in Automobiles.

Leiditech recommend protect schemes and  device as below；

 1. SMC24: it is ESD for protecting interface of CAN BUS

(PACKAGE: SOT-23, TWO-ROAD,DOUBLE-WAY,WORKING VOLTAGE 24V)

 

 (Protect scheme for CAN BUS,use SMC24)

 

2. SM712: it is ESD for protecting interface RS-485 

（Package:SOT-23, TWO-ROAD,DOUBLE-WAY,WORKING VOLTAGE 7V,12V）

 

（Protect scheme for RS-485, use SM712）

 

 

3.  SD05C: it is ESD for protecting power interface

 

(PACKAGE:SOD-323,ONE-ROAD,DOUBLE-WAY,WORKING VOLTAGE:5V) 

 

(Connect SD05C between one power line and gnd line )

 

 

 

4. ESDA05CT: it is ESD can be used for protect I/0( in and out)  interface
