ADC LTC2274 Layout Guide

1. The LTC2274 require a printed circuit board with a clean unbroken ground plane.

   连续的参考地平面。

2. Layout for the printed circuit board should ensure that digital and analog signal lines are separated as much as possible.

数字线和模拟线间距尽可能大，尽可能分开。

3. In particular, care should be taken not to run any digital track alongside an analog signal track
or underneath the ADC.

数字线千万不能伴随着模拟线走，且不能走到ADC芯片下面。

4. High quality ceramic bypass capacitors should be used at the VDD, VCM, and OVDD pins. Bypass capacitors must be located as close to the pins as possible. The traces connecting the pins and bypass capacitors must be kept short and should be made as wide as possible.

VDD, VCM, OVDD需要旁路电容。这些电容靠近Pin放置，且连线尽可能短，尽可能粗。

5. It is critical that the exposed pad and all ground pins are connected to a ground plane of suffi cient area with as many vias as possible

thermal pad用尽可能多的过孔连接到地。

6. The LTC2274 differential inputs should run parallel and close to each other. The input traces should be as short as possible to minimize capacitance and to minimize noise pickup.

差分线并行走，且越短越好。
