原创 Get Column from a 2D Array

Functional Description

I wanted to pull columns from a 2D array, but just using Array Subset results
in another 2D array with a single column. With a little more array manipulation,
I was able to create a sub-VI that returns a 1D of elements from whichever
column you specify.

Caveats and Additional Notes

In this VI, Column Number is 1-indexed, because it's more intuitive that way.
