马上着手学习如何在项目中使用Stratix IV GX的CMU通道高速串行链路，那么首先第一步就是了解并使用Altera的MegaWizard插件管理器来例化CMU模式的GXB函数。如图1所示，是我们在例化正常的GXB通道的时候配置界面第一页，可以看到左边的GXB框图中包含了我们在datasheet中看到的所有的各个模块，比如接收通道的解串、对齐、8b10b解码以及相位补偿FIFO等模块，还有发送路径上的相位补偿FIFO、8b10b编码以及串化模块。 图1：普通GXB模块配置界面 注意图1中，我们给GXB选择的协议是basic，即一般的点对点自定义传输。下面我们看看CMU通道使用时GXB的配置情况，如图2所示，对比图1，最明显的左边GXB框图里少了很多模块，其实就是少了PCS功能模块，整个GXB只包含了简单的PMA模块，所以在配置界面中必须选择“Basic（PMA Direct）”。 图2：CMU通道使用时GXB配置 本文主要比较了普通GXB和CMU GXB例化是的差异，大家在使用CMU通道时候必须按照图2进行配置，后面我们再详细讨论如何在用户逻辑中来实现PCS模块。
