       想换一份工作了,就在网上刷新了一下简历。      有一家公司老板来电话要求2月12号去他公司谈谈。如约而至,他告诉我他去年就想做IPCAMERA了,因为一直找不到合适的人所以没敢动,而我恰好在这个IPCAMERA行业里做了两三年工程经理了。      然后询问我的待遇要求,我直接将上一家的工资条拿给他看,他看后说,非常希望你来我这里,我给你1W(上一家是1.2W)的底薪,然后给你利润的10%提成。我说,你这里太远了,我要转两次地铁,再转一次公交,而且我因为一家人都在这边,小孩上学等原因,不可能搬家到你这边的。然后他提议我平时可以住到那边去,中途抽两个晚上和周末回家辅导小孩学习也可以了。我问他宿舍有没有单间?他说刚好退了几间宿舍,只有几个人合住的,我说我的要求也不高,哪怕租个五、六百元的农民房也行,他说这些都好考虑的。      再大致询问了一些细节的东西:他这里要一周上六天班(以前是正规的5天),包住不包吃(以前是包吃包住),电话费不报销(以前每月充200元话费)。我最后回答他这个我要先回去好好考虑一下再做决定吧。      回来后,他多次电话、邮件跟我联系,希望我能尽快过去上班,说电话费、住房那些都可以考虑的。我告诉他最快也要到2月底才能过去了。      简单商议了一下后,终于在3月3号星期一这天前往报道了。上班第一天就带着老板先去拜访约谈了主要的几家方案公司,制定了先公模低成本方案上手,再私模中高档方案跟进,运转稳定后再开发一些个性化、差别化的新产品。然后又评估选好了10款公模外壳,同时也启动了私模的开发工作,软件平台的评估跟进事项。同时也开始给他招募组建熟练的工程、销售、测试等人员和团队。      在第4天就发出了4款PCB文件打样,同时也联系好了以前早就评估确认过的各种电子、五金、包装等物料供应商和SMT协作工厂(他们原有的SMT协作工厂报价高得离谱),并已陆续到位样品了,各个供应商的联系方式也都已整理出来提交给了采购。      老板现在却一下子把这个项目看得十分容易了,几次三番要求我在4月10号的香港展之前给他做出最低8款完整标准的样机来。      一晃就过完了匆忙的一周。可是我依然是每天早上6点起床,挤2个来小时的公交、地铁,晚上再挤2个多小时,站得双脚麻木,回家都是晚上8点多了,吃完饭洗洗睡觉都十一、二点了,衣服都只有留到周日洗了。这样子搞得很累,也没时间和精力去辅导小孩学习了。 中途又提了几次住房的问题,老板却说,你中午下班了自己去附近看看租一个吧。       经过这一周看来,不但现在的工资比以前低两千多元,反而每月的车费、生活费还要多开支一两千元,周六还没得休息。这样一年搞下来,实际收入至少要低4、5万元了。      以前去其他公司上班,人还没过去老板提前就把住房什么的都解决好了 。他这里居然等我过来了,却要我自己去租,现在正是急用人的时候都这样子,以后那个什么所谓提成就可想而知了,何况他新启动这个项目,第一年根本就不可能有多大销售量的,哪里有什么提成拿?就算以后销量起来了,那个纯利润他怎么个计算方法也很不好说,没准他一番计算下来反而是亏本的都有可能的。我也提过那个纯利润计算很麻烦的,可否按照将来出货的台数,每出货一台给多少提成的方式计算比较简单?他却坚决不同意了,还说那样计算,你不就是旱涝保收了。如此看来,他那个所谓的提成也就只能是一个画在纸上的大饼而已!      加之从这一周的接触,看他这种处事方式,完全有理由怀疑,只要我把平台、团队给他组建好了,给他领进了门,他可以按步就班正常生产出货的时候,他还会需要我吗?      于是,我决定赶紧撤离为好!         大家觉得我的分析判断是否有道理?果断撤离是否明智?欢迎大家各抒己见!   (看到大家的回复,我十分的高兴!因为跟帖的朋友太多,我无法一一回复了,尚请各位朋友见谅。需要说明的是,我只在那边上班到周末就闪人不再去了!本来也没准备要那几天的工资了,后来听从朋友的建议,还是找那边在他们发薪的时候把工资打了过来!)

    五、正确看待工作压力 对于工作中的压力,每个人都有自己的应对方法。我想,方法应该是因人而异的,因为每个人的抱负不一样,所以承受的压力也不一样。 好强、好胜的人总是会活得很辛苦,但是当付出有所回报时,也许你会觉得一切都很值。 我们为了被重视,为了升职,为了加薪,拼命学习、工作、加班,然而所得到的并不能让我们满足。而在我们为了自己的事业打拼的同时,常常忽略了生命中其他一些也很重要的东西:忘记给父母打电话;没有时间联系朋友;没有精力陪男 / 女朋友逛街、旅游;无法静下心来慢慢计划自己的业余生活 …… 这一切的一切,都是压力,让人常常困扰、寂寞、悲伤、压抑、烦躁。 我们一起探讨下如何释放压力吧?!把你释放压力的好方法共享出来,让我们一起加油,让工作更轻松些,让生活更精彩些。 我就先抛砖引玉吧: 我是一个好强好胜而且挑剔的人,所以我总是觉得压力很大。 我缓解压力的办法就是尽可能认真的做每一件事情。工作、生活都要有计划。所有的一切只是为了让自己回头看的时候不要遗憾、不要后悔。这样,即使是失败了,我也会告诉自己:一切都是天意,不要回头再想了。 我信奉这样两个道理: 万物是平衡发展的,有得必有失。当你失败 / 悲伤的时候,想着:总算是熬过这一劫了,这个劫迟早要来,还好是降到了这件事情上,不算太糟糕;当你成功 / 开心的时候,想着:我只是在某些事情上付出了更多,失去了更多,所以,才可以安心享受这份喜悦。(所以,有这种心态的人不会贪便宜,因为担心会在其他方面失去一些东西,来弥补这个便宜)。 人的一切,包括心情、状态、智商等内在或外在的,都是呈抛物线发展的。在低迷的时候,不要懊恼,想着熬过这阵子就好了,现在在谷底呢;在状态好的时候,告诉自己现在是走到了谷峰,不要太得意,不会一直这么好状态的,所以也不要以现在的成绩来衡量和要求自己。 做到上面这些,我就可以以一个好的心态来面对压力了。
