Position: RFIC Designer

As a member of the RFIC team, you are required to have a Bachelor's of Science or Master's of Science in Electrical Engineering or the equivalent. Related industry experience in the following areas:
1. Experienced in full-custom CMOS/BiCMOS circuit design, transistor level design of RF circuits.
2. Experience of bench testing, troubleshooting and working with spectrum and network analyzer is desirable.
3. Knowledge of MOS and BJT device physics and device models.
4. Proficient with Cadence, and Mentor graphics tools.
