十一长假，回家休养，与中学老师坐聊，蒙恩师教诲，总结如下：人生但求“一个中心，两个基本点，三个忘记，四个拥有”，则一切足矣。
一个中心：以健康为中心；
两个基本点：糊涂一点，潇洒一点；
三个忘记：忘记恩怨，忘记过去，忘记成败得失；
四个拥有：拥有知心爱人一个，拥有老窝一居，拥有老友一群，拥有稳定财富一点点。
信哉，不知晚年，是否能有此快意人生，吾将为此而上下求索。
