原创 Leiditech SR05-02A can replace Germany WE 824011

Analysis Leiditech SR05-02A and WE 824011, we can find:

1.Internal diagrams are the same, know the chips are the same.

2. The electrical properties both are 5v, 2pf, 12A (8/20us)

3. The packages are different:  WE 824011 is SOT-23-5L, Leiditech SR05-02A is SOT-143.

Analysis SOT-23-5L and SR05-02A,we can fine same pints, as below:

1. SOT-23-5L: the width between 4th pin and 15th is 1.9mm

SOT-143: the width between 3rd pin and 4th is 1.9mm

2. SOT-23-5L: the width between 2nd pin and the 3rd pin is 0.95, the width between 2nd pin  and 2nd pin is 0.95

SOT-143: the width of 1st pin is 0.95,the width between 1th and 2nd pin is 1.92.the width is 0.95 for 1st itself, so it can across and replace SOT-23-5L 1st and 2nd pins.

3. SOT-23-5L’s width for the plastic itself is 1.6mm  

SOT-143’s width for the plastic itself is 1.3mm

Can make up the width for the pins

Conclusion: SOT-23-5L and SR05-02A can replaced by each other without change the PCB ,Leiditech SR05-02A can replace Germany WE 824011
