Vector Control of Asynchronous Motors
Good morning everyone.It's my honor to be here for this speech.
My name is Tang Aiming.My student ID number is 2110170106 and my major is Mechatronic Engineering.For this speech,my topic is Vector Control of Asynchronous Motors.Now,shall we began.
My speech has 6 parts,this is the contents.Firstly, I will introduce coordinates transformation.Then it's the mathematics model of asynchronous motors.The third is Principles of vector control,it's the core of my speech.At last,it's a simulation of vector control with Simulink.It includes 2 parts,the control system and the result.
Firstly,it's the coordinator transformation.There are three coordinators in the figure1.The A-B-C coordinator is the stator coordinator of motors.It can be converted to theα-βcoordinator.The lowercase a-b-c coordinator is the rotor of coordinator of motors.It can be converted to the d-q coordinator.The last one is the M-T coordinator. It's the synchronous rotating coordinate.What we need is in the M-T coordinator.So,usually,we will convert all the voltage or current in A-B-C coordinator to the M-T coordinator.My system is based on rotor flux orientation.It's a current control system.So,I convert the current of lowercase a-b-c coordinator to the M-T coordinator.It means we should convert the 、、to the 、.The M-T coordinator is similar to the d-q coordinator,so we use the 、 to instead of the 、. Maybe you don't know the means of some symbols.Theωis the angular velocity of synchronous rotating magnetic field.Theis the angular velocity of the rotor. Theθis the angle of the rotor flux-oriented.
The next is the mathematical model of asynchronous motors.First we have a look at the formula of DC motors..Theis the electromagnetic torque.The K is a constant.Theis the armature current andis the field current.Because theandare independent of each other,the DC motor can be controlled easily.However,it's hard to imagine formulas of asynchronous motors in A-B-C coordinator.They are multi-variable,non-linear and strong coupling.So we covert them to the M-T coordinator.Then,formulas of asynchronous motors are ,it's the formula‚,,it's the formulaƒ,,it's the formula„.The C is a constant.Theis the stator current of q axis.Theis the stator current of d axis.The ψ is the flux.The Tr is the constant of time.The p is the Laplace operator.Theis the slip angular velocity.The Lm is the magnetizing inductance.You can see thecontrols the flux and controls the torque.They are independent.
