SP和CP的概念好像这几年不太提及了。在互联网和移动网落地的时代，那是让现在的AI和大数据都黯然失色的存在。

SP是Service Provider的简写，服务提供商。CP是Content Provider的简写，内容提供商。

The concepts of SP & CP have not been mentioned these years. They were superstar when the Internet and mobile networks was landing, and the AI and Big data would be humbled now.

SP is an abbreviation of Service Provider, and CP is an abbreviation of Content Provider.

怎么来描述这两个概念呢？运营商大家都理解，就是广电、移动、联通、电信等庞然大物，他们经营了大多数的包括固定网、移动网、因特网或其他数据网，换句话说，四大运营商为我们提供了最基础的网络设施。

How to describe these two concepts? We all know that four Operators are Radio and Television, Unicom, Mobile, Telecom. They operate most of fixed networks, mobile networks, the Internet or other data networks. In other words, most of basic Network Infrastructure.

如果把整个中国的网络作为一个云系统的话，那么，四大运营商就构成了这个系统最为稳健的基础设施。现在大家都在热炒的这家的云，那家的云，都不如费翔的《故乡的云》。

If the entire Chinese network is treated as a cloud system, then the four major operators constitute the most robust Infrastructure of this system. Now many people are arguing about which Cloud is best，I think there may be Fei Xiang's "Cloud of Hometown".
