Responsibilities 工作职责:
- Implement and develop sales activities in the responsible territory and achieve the annual sales target; 负责销售区域内销售活动的策划和执行，完成销售指标；
- Maintain and develop customer relationship to promote R&S’s HF/V/UHF radio communication equipment and radio monitoring/location equipment ( such as receiver, direction finder as well as signal analysis system ); 维护与开拓客户关系以有效推广R&S短波/超短波无线通信设备和无线监测设备（如接收机、测向机以及信号分析系统）；
- As a technical consultant to promote our products and provide the total solution for product and system application to customers with support of company’s product expert; 做为技术顾问，为客户推销产品并在公司产品专家的协助下提供全套的产品和系统应用解决方案；
 
Qualifications 职位要求:
- Bachelor or master degree from a famous civil or military university, major in EE and radio communication or related is a must; 著名地方大学或军校学士或硕士毕业，专业为电子工程和无线电通信或相关专业；
- Relevant sales and technical support experience in the field of military radio communication and radio monitoring especially familiar with the related military customers preferred; 具有无线通信和监测行业销售和技术支持经验，特别是熟悉中国的相关军方用户将优先考虑；
- Demobilized military officer with qualified professional knowledge and experience preferred;
具有合格专业知识和经验的部队转业军官将优先考虑；
- Clearly understanding technologies of radio communication and electronic engineering; 熟知无线通信和电子工程技术;
- Good command of English in oral and writing as well as skilled operation of computer; 能熟练操作计算机并具有英语沟通的能力；
- Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills are required; 出色的人际沟通与商务谈判能力；
- Like challenging work and strong desire for success; 喜欢具有挑战性的工作并有强烈的成功愿望。
- Competent of frequent business travel; 能胜任经常出差。
