几个月之前偶尔参加了一次某大型集团的云平台业务推广会议，我印象最深的不是他的云服务有多强悍，而是一个企业用户代表发言再三强调，该大型品牌没有因为品牌大，就怠慢中小用户......当时我的第一反应就是为什么要再三强调呢？
