多年之前，坊间就有了资源整合的概念，合伙做生意的意思，行业细分的产物。即使诸如苹果、亚马逊、谷歌这样的商业帝国，也需要庞大的合作伙伴进行支撑。这些合作伙伴的规模之和往往是大于这些大的品牌的。

我们必须明确资源整合和合作的区别。中国自古就有门当户对的说法。A公式是汽车主机厂，B公司是一个普通的螺钉供应商，C公司是世界知名的电子设备制作商，也是A的供应商。对于A公司来讲，他处于整个汽车行业链条的顶端，对于市场有着控制地位。B公司和C公司都是他的供应商，资源整合的结果，严格来讲，C公司可以称之为合作伙伴，有着可以和A公司博弈的能力和资本，B公司做处于劣势甚至是绝对的劣势。A公司某些情况下会说B公司是我们亲密的合作伙伴，对于B公司那是天恩浩荡啊。
