老板懂业务,却不懂信息化,CIO懂信息化,却不懂业务,双方各进半步,即可实现基本的业务信息化流程,双方各进一步,即可实现专家系统甚至BI,双方各进一大步,颠覆行业的大数据分析和基于人工智能的业务分析的服务基础即可实现。跨界,困难的不是技术,而是思想。
The boss understands the business, but does not understand the information. The CIO understands the information, but does not understand the business. The two sides can implement the basic business information process. The two sides can further realize the expert system and even the BI, then they maybe realize big date analysis and AI based business. The difficulty of cross-border is not technology, but thought.
