现在的组织，无论是全球，还是一人公司，都会一个时髦的名词，产业生态。产业和生态我明白一点点，合到一起，我就彻底糊涂了。女儿正在上高中，厚着脸皮去请教，给我一个大大的白眼，一幅你很弱智的样子。

Organizations of this time all mention industrial ecology whether the global or one-person companies. Industry and ecology I understand a little bit, and when it get together, I am confused. I humbly ask the daughter of high school and she thinks I am mentally retarded.

我遇到过多个实例：一个企业要实现互联网+，老板拍版招聘或整合了产品和技术团队，对负责人一挥手，我要做个平台，你负责了，然后信息化的负责人拿个本，眼巴巴的看着老板，准备记录，老板问，你准备怎么干，负责人小心翼翼的请教要做成什么样，业务流程、UI展示等等，老板手一挥，这是你的事，做去吧。如此几个反复，没有进展，老板手一挥，换人......

I have encountered several case: a company wants to implement the Internet +, the boss searched one product and technical team, waved the hand to the CIO: I want to build a platform, you do it. Then CIO took the pen & book and asked what to do, business process, UI display, etc., the boss waved his hand and told the CIO that is his business.  Repeat this many times，there was no progress. The boss waved his hand then replaced CIO...

老板懂业务，却不懂信息化，CIO懂信息化，却不懂业务，双方各进半步，即可实现基本的业务信息化流程，双方各进一步，即可实现专家系统甚至BI，双方各进一大步，颠覆行业的大数据分析和基于人工智能的业务分析的服务基础即可实现。跨界，困难的不是技术，而是思想。

The boss understands the business, but does not understand the information. The CIO understands the information, but does not understand the business. The two sides can implement the basic business information process. The two sides can further realize the expert system and even the BI, then they maybe realize big date analysis and AI based business. The difficulty of cross-border is not technology, but thought.
