Being into Recruitment Industry, specially focusing on Semiconductor recruitment, i also believe their is a shortage of resources and companies be it product or services are finding it very difficult to get the right resource at the right time.
Some companies like Soctronics and einfochips are doing good, by creating talent inhouse. But there is a huge requirement for independent platforms/ Institutions, where fresh graduates students get hands on experience on Industry tools /technologies.
