Most powerful intensity*1 4,000mW/cm2 in its class
With high output of 4,000mW/cm2, high-speed curing is achieved that equals the lamp method. Also, unlike the fiber method, there is no output degradation caused by branching.
Head | NEW Power-mode | High-precision-mode (with feedback) |
---|---|---|
ANUJ61423C | 4,000mW/cm2 | 3,200mW/cm2 |
ANUJ61424C | 3,250mW/cm2 | 2,000mW/cm2 |
ANUJ61426C | 1,530mW/cm2 | 950mW/cm2 |
ANUJ61428C | 850mW/cm2 | 680mW/cm2 |
ANUJ61420C | 260mW/cm2 | 190mW/cm2 |
Each head provides feedback which enables stable UV irradiation by preventing degradation of UV intensity due to LED heating.
This improves curing quality and prevents lamp heating and shortening of working life.
The 365 nm wavelength enables clear UV irradiation. The irradiation beam does not contain infrared rays, minimizing the temperature rise of workpieces. 〔Conditions〕 |
The UV setting and actual UV irradiation value exhibit high linearity. This meakes setting easier and increases reliability.
Since fluctuation in the intensity of individual light sources can be adjusted and calibrated, the slight irradiation intensity fluctuations during simultaneous irradiation are easily adjusted so improved UV curing quality can be attained.
Pattern irradiation (function for controlling distortion when curing resin) can be controlled for each head. Along with a reduction in thermal irradiation, it is ideal for applications that demand low-temperature, high-precision adhension.
Estimated working life of 20,000 hours at 4,000mW/cm2 and 30,000 hours at 3,000mW/cm2(75% output) irradiation power.
Set output | Estimated lamp life |
---|---|
100% | 20,000 hrs. at 4,000mW/cm2 |
75% | 30,000 hrs. at 3,000mW/cm2 |

The lamp had to be constantly lit with the lamp method, but with the LED method light source on/off control is instantaneous. With a duty 1/5, irradiation time corresponds to about 100,000 times that of th lamp method (over 33 lamps worth). The cost and work involved in replacing lamps is greatly reduced. |
Low 70 VA power consumption and 100 to 240 VAC international power supply.
One controller can be used to individually control the UV irradiation on up to four porcesses. Previously, four separate controllers were necessary, but now, since one controller handles it all, initial costs can be reduced.
The 2-color interactive LCD can now work in one of four languages (Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, and Korean). Operation is easy and no manual is required.
The smallest head in its class has become even smaller. Having achieved a size of φ12-50L(mm), integration into equipment has become even easier. The lens at the tip, of course, is replaceable. |
The lamp had to be constantly lit with the lamp method, but with the LED method light source on/off control is instantaneous. Flexible cables are used that are designed taking into account repeated head movement. With a bending radius one third that of previous crystal fiber, bending limitations at the work site are reduced. |
An industry first when launched, the fanless design eliminates the need for exhaust processing and makes clean room installation simple. Furthermore, parts of limited life have been reduced for long term reliability. |
Backward-compatible M3 screw terminal method employed. Furthermore, removable terminal blocks are used to facilitate implementation. The name of each terminal is indicated on the rear panel to prevent mistakes when connecting terminals. |
Irradiation conditions can be changed from a PLC.
