Abstract-This paper describes the design of a bandgap reference, implemented in 0.25μm CMOS technology. The circuit generates a reference voltage of 1.157V and has a temperature coefficient of 0.03mV/K at 27C. It can operate with supply voltages between 2.25V and 2.75V and between 0C and 85C. It has a PSRR of 59dB under normal operating conditions. This circuit works in a current feedback mode, and it generates its own reference current, resulting in a stable operation. A startup circuit is required for successful operation of the system.……
