XC3330_ETR3001-002XC3330 3-Axis Accelerometer with Serial Output Interface Preliminary (For Test Sample) ETR3001-002 ■GENERAL DESCRIPTION The XC3330 is an ultra small and low supply current 3-axis accelerometer, produced by MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical System) technology. Output interface is two-wired serial interface. It supplies a serial output with a free fall detection flag. The XC3330 consists of acceleration sensor, amplifier, A/D converter, serial interface, high-g detector and free fall detector.
