原创 freescale推出coldfire+ MCU

今天飞思卡尔网站上发布了新的coldfire+ MCU，之所以说是coldfire+，按照FSL的说法是freescaleMCU架构演化的下一步。目前推出两个系列MCF51QX和MCF51JX。飞思卡尔推动下实在有点快，不久前推了一款coldfire v3的MPU，两款coldfire v1 mcu和i.mx535，S08系列因为低端更是不断推新型号.

coldfire+集成了 90nm Thin Film Storage (TFS) flash technology with FlexMemory, ，增加了混合信号处理能力，16bits的ADC和12bits的DAC，集成了touch sensing interface和IIS。看了很是期待。不过我们还是没有那个精力去跟进，现在重点先完成mcf51ac128开发板的工作，还有mcf52277开发板的开发。当然我们不敢做太多东西的根本原因还是经费支持不足，如果freescale能给我们一些支持，我们真是可以做不少事情，能推广coldfire系列和其他系列在国内的应用。
