原创 国产芯不知道怎么选?可以试试N32替代STM32

缺芯问题还得持续一段时间,身边很多工程师会因为价格、项目成本等问题,不得已需要国替,我也不例外。为了降低试错成本,我上网找了很多资料,想看看国产芯有没有被大厂替代使用过的,一来在性价比方面肯定是有优势,二来兼容性、开发生态和供货问题上肯定不会有大问题。

 

上面两张图是我找到关于华为freebudspro耳机盒的拆解图,左图是来自我爱音频,主芯片stSTM32F411xE芯片,右图来自与非网,主芯片是国民技术的N32G4FrxE。在好奇心驱使下,我整了一下两个料号的主要参数对比,解开华为用这款N32芯片的答案。

从参数对比看,国民技术的N32G4FR各方面都优于STSTM32F411xE,同样用的ARM Cortex-M4F内核,N32G4FR最高工作主频能到144MHz,性能更高;在Run模式下,功耗是90uA/MHz,相较于st100uA/MHz也更低。所以整体性价比来说,华为会选择国民技术的N32G4FR也是情理之中。

 

据悉国民技术的N32系列MCU除了在消费电子领域和华为、大疆等大客户有合作,在电机控制、汽车电子、智能家电、智能表计、能源管理、物联网等领域都得到了很好的批量应用,像宁德时代、戴尔、微软都是他的合作伙伴。

 

既然能经得起大厂认证,说明除了性价比上的优势,在兼容问题、生态环境、供货能力等方面也是经得住考验的。我在网上扒了一份比较详细的国民技术N32系列MCU替换ST芯片对照表,大家可以看看,各取所需。
