The SPM6020/SPM6030 DSP board’s heart is a TI ’C6202 DSP. It has 256 kbytes Internal Program RAM (IPRAM) and 128 kbytes Internal Data RAM (IDRAM). It also has an External Memory Interface (EMIF) that makes possible to attach external memory chips and memory-mapped peripherals to enlarge the accessable memory or control external peripherals.
