一个商务平台，无论它是如何自我包装，自我美化，以利益为目的的核心驱动力是必然的。在行业应用上，它可以细分为这个系统，那个云。以成熟的技术框架搭建起来的基础组成部分是固定的。正是这些实质性的基础支撑，决定了无论该系统多么庞大，多么先进，用了哪些尖端科技，无可避免使用业务支撑和运营支撑的逻辑，在这个意义上，所有以商业利益为核心的平台，均可称之为商务运营支撑系统。

当我写完上一段文字的时候，想起了之前的搞运维的一位同事。30年前，他自己从DOS下的foxbase编程开始，10年的时间，创建了当时国内外知名的用户服务系统，而后开始做自己喜欢的事情。在我们同事之初，他就说过，就是要做一个BOSS，开始的时候我不理解，这和BOSS有啥关系，后来明白了，这位同事的理解直指系统的本质。

When I typed the last paragraph of the text, I remembered a former colleague who was engaged in the operation. Thirty years ago, It took his ten years to establish a world famous CRM system that time from foxbase programming under DOS, and then began to do what he likes. At the beginning of our colleague, he said that is a BOSS. I didn't understand it at the beginning. Later I realized that this colleague points to the essence of the system.
