以LC谐振回路作选频网络的反馈振荡器称为LC正弦波振荡器。

1、 三点式振荡器的基本工作原理

三个电抗元件组成LC谐振回路;谐振回路既是负载,又构成正反馈选频网络。三点式振荡器组成原则:与放大器同相输入端相连的为同性质电抗,不与同相输入端相连的为异性质电抗。

为便于说明,忽略电抗元件的损耗及管子输入、输出阻抗的影响。

通常Q值很高,故回路谐振电流远大于B、C、E极电流,

2、 三点式振荡器的基本工作原理
有电感三点式和电容三点式两种。
(1)电感三点式振荡器 (Hartley—哈脱莱)

其振荡频率为:

优点:易起振,频率易调(调C);缺点:高次谐波成分较大,输出波形差。
(2)电容三点式振荡器 (Colpitts —考毕兹)

其振荡频率为:

优点:高次谐波成分小,输出波形好。缺点:频率不易调(调L,调节范围小)
