AH2661 is a small-size and high-efficiency boost DC/DC converter with a minimum starting voltage of less than 1V, which adopts an adaptive current-mode PWM control loop.AH2661 contains error amplifier, ramp generator, comparator, power switch and driver. AH2661 can work stably and efficiently in a wide range of load current, and does not need any external compensation circuit. AH2661 input 1.5V can be stabilized to 3.6V (AH2661). 1.5V to 3V can work normally. Carbon battery can be upgraded to 4.5V AH2661 series products only need three external components to complete the battery voltage input with low voltage input. AH2661 series products are a PFM controlled boost DC-DC converter with low power consumption, high efficiency, low ripple and high working frequency.The starting voltage of AH2661 can be lower than 1V, so it can meet the application of single dry battery. AH2661 contains 2A power switch, and the maximum output current can reach 300mA when powered by lithium battery. At the same time, AH2661 also provides a driving port for driving external power devices (NMOS or NPN), so as to expand the output current when the application needs more load current. The switching frequency of 500KHz can reduce the size of external components. The output voltage is set by two external resistors. The low quiescent current of 14μA, coupled with high efficiency, can make the battery last longer. Output voltage: 1.8V～5.0V (step by step of 0.1V).
