该测试报告基于宽输入电压范围的输出为功率12W恒压输出的适配器样机,控制IC采用了思睿达主推的CR5216SG。

CR5216SG
CR5216SG是一款应用于小功率AC/DC充电器和电源适配器的高性能离线式脉宽调制控制器。该芯片采用原边检测和调整的拓扑结构,因此在应用时无需TL431和光耦。芯片内置恒流/恒压两种控制方式。
在恒流控制时,最大输出电流和输出功率可以通过CS引脚的限流电阻RCS设定。在恒压控制时,内置恒压采样电路以及高精度的误差比较器基准电压保证了芯 片的高性能和高精度。此外,内置线损补偿电路保证了从空载到满载条件下输出电 压精度。芯片还具有极低的静态工作电流, 芯片待机功耗低于75mW。
CR5216SG针对各种情况设计了一系列完善的保护措施,包括逐周期峰值电流限 制、VDD 过压保护、FB 开路保护、输出 短路保护、前沿消隐、过温保护、电源钳 位和欠压锁定功能。在FB上拉电阻开路,FB下拉电阻短路,输出二极管开路或者短 路,变压器绕组短路,CS 引脚电阻开路等故障条件下都能有效保护,使得芯片具有更高的可靠性。

该样机是一款基于CR5216SG设计的,全电压实现无Y电容12V1A输出的适配器。AC90V满足启动时间的条件下,实现AC230V样机待机功耗<43mW;典型输入电压时平均效率>84.3%;能够满足最严格的能效标准“COC_T2”;全电压可实现±5%的CV输出精度。
样机尺寸:长宽高54*35*20mm,样机具有“软启动、OCP、SCP、OVP、FB开路/短路保护、OTP自动恢复、输出二极管开路/短路保护功能”等多种保护功能。
样机的变压器,采用了EE16加宽磁芯(PC40材质),变压器绕制工艺部分,请见后文详细说明。

本小节对工程样机的输入部分、输出部分、各种保护以及一些时序进行了测试,以下详解了测试方法及结果。从测试结果来看,以下各项测试均合格,能够满足大部分客户的要求。
4.1、输入特性:
本模板经过在不同的输入电压(从90V/60Hz到264V/50Hz)和不同负载条件(空载和满载)下测试,得到待机功耗、效率及平均效率。
