缺芯问题看来还得持续一段时间,身边很多工程师会因为价格、项目成本、供应链安全等问题,纷纷寻找国产替代。在网上找了很多资料,想看看一些国内大厂怎么选择国产芯进行替代。
上面两张图都是找到的关于华为FreeBuds Pro的拆解图,左图是来自我爱音频,主芯片ST的STM32F411xE芯片,右图来自与非网,主芯片是国民技术的N32G4FRxE。在好奇心驱使下,我整理了一下两个料号的主要参数对比。

从参数对比看,国民技术的N32G4FR主要性能要优于ST的STM32F411xE,同样用的ARM Cortex-M4F内核,N32G4FR最高工作主频能到144MHz,性能更高;在Run模式下,功耗是90uA/MHz,相较于ST的100uA/MHz也更低。另外,N32G4FR有2个ADC,比STM32F411多一个,而且ADC在性能上更优,达到5Msps,所以整体来说,国民技术的这颗N32G4FR更优。
深入了解发现,国民技术的N32系列MCU除了与华为有深入的合作,大疆、宁德时代、石头科技、加西贝拉等等都是他家的合作伙伴,这些都是工业、能源、家电等领域的标杆企业。
既然能经得起大厂认证,说明除了产品性价比上的优势,在量产服务、供货能力等方面也应该是经得住考验的。在网上扒了一份比较详细的国民技术N32系列MCU替换ST芯片对照表,大家可以看看,各取所需。
