一、AEC(AutomotiveElectronics Council)
汽车电子委员会由Chrysler/Ford/GM发起并创立于1994年,目前会员遍及全球各大汽车厂与汽车电子和半导体厂商.AEC-Q100为AEC组织所制订的车用可靠性测 试标准，为IC厂商打进国际车用模块大厂的重要入门票。
AEC下设两个委员会：
1.Quality Systems Committee(车用供应链质量系统)
TS16949体系是必需的,但细节,包括如何制作半导体组件等方法,是留给每个用户自定需求规格。
2.Component Technical Committee(负责制定组件的高质量/可靠度标准)
建立车电IC可靠度验证标准,包括可靠度统计方法/抽样方法/验证规范制定等…
自1996年至今已陆续制定各项验证标准并获全球多数汽车电子厂商认可。
二、AEC认证方式？
1.Automotive Electronics Council (AEC)对检测认证机构并未有审查机制。
2.只要通过AEC文件规定的全部试验项目, 供应商就可以声明此产品符合“AEC-Q100 qualified ”。
3.供应商可以执行自己规范（与客户协商），但是这些规范需符合AEC-Q100要求。
4.终端客户可依报告内容进行抽查或验证。
AEC Q 100 Qualification
Successful completion and documentation ofthe test results from requirements outlined in this document allows thesupplier to claim that the part is " AEC Q100 qualified ". For ESD ,it is highly recommended that the passing voltage be specified in the supplierdatasheet with a footnote on any pin exceptions .This will allow suppliers tostate,e.g, "AEC - Q100 qualified to ESD Clasification 2".
AEC Certification
Note that there are no "certifications " for AEC-Q100 qualification and there is no certificationboard run by AEC to qualify parts.Each supplier performs their qualification toAEC standards,considers customer requirements and submits the data to thecustomer to verity compliance to Q100.
